The following steps show us how to buy property in Bali:
Step 1 ...... choose your property and send to Riverside Bali your acquiring
Step 2 ...... negotiate price on your chosen property with Riverside Bali
Step 3 ...... pay a deposit to Riverside Bali about 10% of total price
Step 4 ...... sign a letter of intent with Riverside Bali agreeing price and payment schedule
Step 5 ...... final payment at Notary
Step 6 ...... get the revised certificate
